I love all of the Crooked Nickel quilt and tote patterns and have made most of them over the years. This new Simple Tote pattern is a snap to make. It took me about 4 hours because I wanted to use these bird squares and they did not measure 10" so I had to border them to 10" square before starting the tote. It went together just like the pattern explains and I have had so many compliments. I will be starting another one in a few days...what great gifts and so easy. I buy Lisa's grid by the bolt!!
