The WALK THE WALK SANDAL or SHOE is the ultimate in comfort and proudly made in the U.S.A. It was designed to soften the shock normally imposed on the longitudinal and transverse arches when standing or walking for long periods of time. The shoes were originally designed for surgeons so they could stand for their rigorous work schedules. They have since been adopted by chefs, hairstylists, nurses, school teachers, restaurant staff, and the general public as the most comfortable wearing shoe. The flexible memory-retaining foot bed is comfortable and constantly enhancing circulation to the bottom of the foot, giving it a massaging sensation. The customer will feel the knobs on the bottom of the shoe which is acupressure that stimulates the nerves in the bottom of the feet and travels through the ankles, knees, hips, and further up the spine. This is what takes away pain and allows someone to be on their feet for 10 or more hours without fatigue or pain. After 2 or 3 days your arch will center over the arch in the insole and the insole takes a slight impression of your foot. The leather insole will become a glove like feeling to your foot bed. There is a metatarsal bar in the front of the shoe: this is for your toes to rest on and not for gripping. Do not grip with your toes, this is counter productive, remember to walk flat footed.
